even today. Not only does the sitting impact our life’s years but also our
body.
We sit
on the chair throughout the day, starting from our meetings to meeting our
deadlines. We reach home and then sit again on the chair to watch TV or have
dinner. Researchers have compared sitting to smoking. The way smoking is
injurious to health similarly, sitting on the chair is also harmful
to the health. If you sit on the chair for a long presentation and think that
your health is going to let you escape,you are mistaken. You’ll have to pay the

than the ones who don’t.

of getting Diabetes.

too long at work can be very tiring. Therefore, you should just try to get up
from the chair you are sitting in and walk a bit.
Try meetings while walking
- If you have to meet your office people, you should try to meet
them at a place where both of you can walk and talk. Fix the terrace or any
other place in your office where you can walk to be able to discuss the
important aspects of the office.
