1.Water
My first mantra for reducing fat from
your body is to drink as much water as you can. Yes! The more water you drink,
lesser you feel hungry. It keeps you hydrated and active whole day. During
summer, you can reduce your weight two times faster as compared to winters.
Yes! So get up and fill your sipper and keep that with you whole day. 12-13
glasses of water is okay, but if you can drink more, that will be magical!

Avoid Coffee tea, sugar

will not help you reduce your extra pounds. Do drink simple water!
2. Diet
Yes! Eating right is very important.

3. Run
Running is very important for

minutes each. You can take rest in between and walk. In initial stage you will

After running and
