Reduce weight at Home in Covid Condition

In today life no person in this universe who does not want fit body. We spend lot of money in hair, shoes, clothes etc.

Follow these steps and get slimmer body easily.

1.Water

                                                

My first mantra for reducing fat from your body is to drink as much water as you can. Yes! The more water you drink, lesser you feel hungry. It keeps you hydrated and active whole day. During summer, you can reduce your weight two times faster as compared to winters. Yes! So get up and fill your sipper and keep that with you whole day. 12-13 glasses of water is okay, but if you can drink more, that will be magical! Trust me.
You can too glucose.
Avoid Coffee tea, sugar contended beverages like mango shake, banana shake or chocolate shake. They will not help you reduce your extra pounds. Do drink simple water!

 

2. Diet



 

Yes! Eating right is very important. I am not saying skip all your food and go on fasting! That will make you fat either, yes, it will create gas in your Stomach and makes you look even worst. So what you can do? Make a chart and follow the stick No oil diet. You can try this formula for just 1 month and measure your waist line and continue if you get result (wink).
 
·       Morning 8:00 1 glass water
·       Morning 9:00 brown bread with cup of green tea/ normal tea with sugar free
·       Noon 12:00 Fresh fruit juice with fresh fruits
·       2 Noon fresh fruits/ curd/ green vegetables/ juice/ Dal/ sprouts
·       7 evening fresh fruits/ juice/ brown bread/ oats/ idly/ sprouts
·       9 Night milk with k special Kellogg’s ( I personally love the taste and costing part)
You must follow this diet with lots of water and NO FATTY Food.
 
3. Run
 


Running is very important for reducing weight. If you are doing hectic jobs that don’t allow you to join the gym, then go to the park nearby. It is not difficult. You can go early morning or late night, it is up to you. Carry a watch with you with near collection of hard beat Song in your Mobile. You have to complete 4 sets of 10 minutes each. You can take rest in between and walk. In initial stage you will get problems and try to build your stamina and run as much as you can. Early running is always better.
 
4. Abs



After running and diet, it is very important to do little work out at home.

·       Jumping

·       Skipping rope jumping

·       Stair walking

·       Crunches

·       Cycling

Try to do these 5 workouts once a day.

5. Make a record

 


Last but not the least, make a record and be regular. Buy one weighting machines and see your weight each morning in your dairy and see you fast you are reducing your weight. It is fun when you will see your 1st kg reduced.
